Reverend Cedric V. Alexander, EA CFP

Having earned over 34 years experience in Christian ministry and the tax and financial services profession, Reverend Alexander, an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP), specializes in clergy tax matters as well as church and ministry finanial management strategies. He has served as Senior Vice President of Financial Plannng and Chief Compliance Officer of Robert Van Securities, Inc. He also has held positions with companies like, American Express Financial Advisors; with Cerfified Public Accouning firms like, KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP; and the United States Treasury Department's Internal Revenue Service.

IRS Enrolled Agents (EA) have demonstrated significant tax knowledge either by passing a comprehensive test or by virtue of specific experience gained as an IRS employee. They are granted unrestricted rights to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service, adhere to ethical standards, and are required to stay current with tax law and regulations by completing a minimum amount of continuing education annually.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certiication marks CFP(R), CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(tm) and federally registered CFP (with flame design) in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board's initial and ongoing certification requirements.
